Job Title: R&D Project Lead

Job Title: Industrialisation Manager

Role Overview:

The Industrialization Manager will be responsible for setting up our pilot production line and ensuring our processes are ready for large-scale manufacturing. This role is key to moving our supercapacitor technology from the lab to the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Pilot Line Setup: Oversee the setup of the pilot production line, ensuring it meets production goals and quality standards.

  • Process Development: Create and refine manufacturing processes to make them scalable and efficient.

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of engineers focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency and reliability.

  •  Supply Chain Coordination: Work with supply chain teams to secure materials and integrate them into production processes.

  • Strategic Planning: Help shape the company’s manufacturing strategy as we scale up production.

  • Cost Management: Focus on reducing production costs while maintaining product quality.

  •  Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all production processes comply with relevant industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineer or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in process development and manufacturing, ideally in the energy storage or electronics sectors.

  •  Experience setting up and managing production lines.

  •  Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Practical problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency.

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methods is a plus.

  •  Good communication skills in English; other languages are a bonus.
